ENDLESS...

I was going through some old papers and I found this piece that I jotted down in March of this year...

ENDLESS..

Looking for something to look forward to, in order to keep your momentum,to have something to wake up for.
Looking for excitement,flavor, and spice.
Life is dull,empty,lacking,boring.
It's an endless pursuit for one thing and one thing only:endless love.
Imitations,counterfeits, and impersonations.
People mesmerized by endless fabrications.

A wise man named Ray Stedman once said, " Boredom is the most non-Christian attitude we can ever have.Because boredom is adopting an attitude of enduring just waiting for something better that's coming but seeing nothing meaningful in what you're going through at the time. And i don't think that the scriptures ever support that idea for Christians.'We are saved in hope,' Paul says. 'And by that hope, we live.'And though it's true that hope, by it's very nature, is something yet in the future, 'hope that is seen is no hope at all' and Paul says 'who hopes for what he already has?but if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.'And what makes it possible to wait is that we have already have the first fruits of the Spirit. We know that the Spirit of God is able to give joy in the midst of heartache. He is able to make us feel at peace even when all around is in turmoil. It's happened to us from time to time. And that's what he calls the first fruits of the Spirit, the power of God to make a heart calm, and restful, and peaceful in the midst of turbulent and difficult and trying circumstances. Because we have that, we can wait patiently wait for the hour, at last, when even our bodies will be set free, when we shall step into an incomparable glory such as we have never even imagined or seen before! That no one has ever imagined or seen before! In all the wildest dreams of science fiction they've never conceived something so vast and so magnificent as that something that God has waiting for us."

Family ,how can we be bored when we have been freely given the Holy Spirit?!? Which is living inside of us and is God revealing the mysterious deep thoughts of God to us...Reality check!Heart check! This really made me think about what I value and how I perceive this short life and all of it's frivolous and petty conditions and circumstances. We should be begging the Spirit of God to reveal these things to us.It dumbfounds me that for the rest of my life I will never be able to fully understand the magnificently simple ways of the LIVING GOD.And so I treasure the things I do know and eagerly wait for more!!!

welcome.

As you all know this is my very first blog.I am so very excited to see that you have read this far.Twas more than I expected.Well, let me tell you a little about myself.I grew up in a small town called Reville ,Alaska. Never heard of it I'm sure, probably because it doesn't exist. But really ,in reality,I live a very modest and simple life.I find something good in almost everything and everyone, which is a blessing and a curse.I cannot except a compliment for the life of me. I always seem to find a way to complicate things. I love to dance. Although I have been told that I don't dance I move top the rhythm of the music.I wish I could speak every language and play every musical instrument. I love to speak with different accents while on the clock.I admire the intricate details that make each individual unique.I tend to grin from ear to ear at the glimpse of a child or and old person.I love to serve and help people.I knowingly let people take advantage of me.I believe that if you judge others you will be judged.I have a" no drama policy".I destest gossip.I could care less about celebs and trends and rockstars and fashion.I know what i like. I admire the creations and talents of others. But I don't praise them nor desire to be like them.I am not my favorite topic.I just thought it appropriate to introduce. So now you know a few tid bits.Expect to hear from me soon.
